I am 34DD in this style. It is very plain with a full cup and if fitted properly can be used in mastectomy fittings without needing a pocket.

As I am a specialist bra fitter I will not sell a bra without a fitting but I would advise that the same size in all styles does not necessarily fit the same way. A balconette style needs a bigger cup so that there is no overspill!
