Oh. My. God. I have 40DDs, so they require a bit of maintenance. I love the style of plunge bras, but I always ran into the problem of the quadraboob.

The girls would basically try to escape out of the plunge in the middle!

Definitely not good, especially under work clothes. Constantly trying to readjust - reach in and shove them to the side, anything like that - it was just a pain.

I tried the balconette style from Cacique (sold in Lane Bryant) and it's perfect! The straps are slightly wider and can actually be moved to your shoulder without slipping or losing support, so they didn't dig into my skin.

They went down in the back in a slight scoop, so if I was wearing a scoop back, it fit it perfectly. The best thing was that the cups were low cut, but straight across. This not only held the girls up, but locked them in.

Say good-bye to the quadraboob!

All my cacique bras underwire breaks after awhile...at the right side/bottm :(

I adored the fit of this bra untill the underwire snapped in both cups within a few days. It cut me in the breast. I emailed layne bryant and they told me i could take it back to the store, but they wouldnt take it back because it looked "worn" (ive only had this bra a few months)

not a good bra for big boobs.

im sure many people love this bra...i did too...until the underwire cut right through the middle resulting in some serious discomfort. this happened TWICE to me...sorry to say i wont be buying cacique anymore...the balconette is not the only bra i had problems with.

I also avidly shop at Lane Bryant ofr the Cacique lingerie. The bras do a wonderful job of keeping the girls in but still looking cute. It flatters me with whatever i decide to put on that day. Being in high school it is definantly what I need.

Hint:If you ever go to a Lane Bryant store be sure to give them your email for promotion notice for coupons because there is nothing like getting the support you need for the girls and for your wallet
