This bra is very supportive and gives great lift. Like most minimizers, it does squeeze u together a bit, which we all know can bec0me a little sweaty in the summer but if I am wearing a shirt with the empire waist (which seems so popular right now), it gives me the lift I need to keep "the girls" above the line, if u know what I mean. Not a great bra for tanks because the bra comes up very high under the arms and shows, but very good under button up shirts...no pulling at the bust.
